The Shire of Esperance is seeking a energetic leader to head the Development Services team for a two-year term. You will drive strategic direction across Planning, Building and Environmental Health, manage the budget, and lead a major subdivision and a comprehensive Planning Scheme review that will shape the shire for decades.

You will oversee a nine-person team, ensure statutory compliance, and present reports to Council and Committee meetings.
