Growth and Change PBS Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is expanding into NSW. The role combines clinical work with leadership, mentoring and building a new NSW service. You will shape processes, develop staff, and progressively grow hours toward full time.
You’ll deliver assessments and plans for complex needs, train staff, and supervise plans while liaising with local clinicians and stakeholders. A defined development pathway and ongoing supervision are provided.
