BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Residential Support Consultant to join the Residential Operations Support team in NSW/ACT. You will provide clinical leadership, operational support and mentoring to drive quality care outcomes across multiple facilities.

You will partner with Residential Managers, CTMs and site leaders, focusing on governance, compliance and operational improvements while supporting onboarding and leadership development. Travel is extensive, with overnight stays as needed.
