/n /n The role: This is a highly impactful role where you will drive clinical excellence, workforce capability and best practice care, working closely with Facility Managers, Clinical Leaders and Quality teams./n

/nYou will play a key role in uplifting clinical standards and ensuring teams are confident, competent and delivering person-centred care aligned to the Aged Care Quality Standards./n

Key responsibilities:/n /n

- Design, deliver and evaluate clinical education programs

/n

- Facilitate onboarding, mandatory training and competency assessments

/n

- Coach, mentor and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff

/n





- Identify gaps in clinical practice and implement targeted education strategies

/n

- Support accreditation readiness and continuous improvement initiatives

/n

- Partner with leadership teams to embed best practice care delivery

/n

- Contribute to incident reviews, audits and clinical governance activities

/n To be successful you will have: /n /n

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

/n

- Demonstrated experience in aged care (Clinical Nurse / Care Manager level preferred)

/n

- Previous experience in education, training or staff development

/n

- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation

/n

- Confident facilitator with the ability to influence and engage teams

/n

- Ability to travel across multiple sites as required
