About your opportunity: In this position you will....

- Apply advanced clinical nursing expertise, including assessment, planning and evaluation to deliver a high standard of consumer/patient centred care.
- Provide advice, education and support to patients and the families of patients involved in research and clinical trials to facilitate informed decision making.
- Undertake and participate in participant screening, recruitment, enrolment, randomisation, follow-up and supervision in association with the Principal Investigator and other study personnel according to protocol-specific criteria.




- Coordinate safe and quality conduct of clinical trials within the Cairns Sexual Health Service, ensuring programmatic compliance with quality/regulatory requirements including but not limited to the National Clinical Trial Governance Framework (NCTGF), NHMRC and Queensland Government standards, and identify opportunities for continuous improvements and innovation.
