/n Talent Quarter is urgently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse for a 6-month aged care contract with a leading, family-run residential aged care provider in Bundaberg./n

/n This is an excellent prospect for an experienced Clinical Nurse, Clinical Care Coordinator or senior Registered Nurse to join a supportive team during an important period as the facility prepares for re-accreditation./n

/n The Role Working closely with the facility's clinical and management team, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership while supporting the home through its upcoming re-accreditation./n

/n

/n Your responsibilities will include:/n

/n

/n /n

- Supporting clinical governance and quality improvement

/n

- Reviewing care plans, assessments and clinical documentation

/n

- Ensuring documentation is accurate, current and audit-ready

/n

- Supporting preparation for aged care re-accreditation

/n





- Conducting clinical audits and identifying areas for improvement

/n

- Monitoring incidents, wounds, medications, falls and clinical risk

/n

- Supporting compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

/n

- Coaching and supporting RNs and care staff

/n

- Providing clinical leadership across the facility

/n About You We are looking for an experienced aged care clinician who can confidently step into a contract workplace and make an immediate impact./n

/n

/n You will ideally have:/n

/n

/n /n

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

/n

- Strong Residential Aged Care experience

/n

- Previous Clinical Nurse, Clinical Care Coordinator or senior RN experience

/n

- Sound knowledge of accreditation, clinical governance and compliance

/n

- Strong auditing and clinical documentation skills

/n

- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards

/n

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

/n

- Ability to commit through to March 2027

/n

- Current police check within 6 months, serology and compliance documents up to date
