/nThe 80-bed residential aged care home situated in Mackay, QLD has the passion and support from the local community to exist as a thriving Aged Care facility with the team focused on delivering high-quality care./n

About the role:/n

/nThe Clinical Nurse will be responsible for the provision and co-ordination of quality care standards, compliance and education programs that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team./n

Duties:/n

/n /n

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including ACFI and accreditation standards and processes.

/n

- Coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff

/n

- Support the Clinical Manager in all operations of the facility

/n

- Assist the aged care home to strive for achieving 100% compliance with Quality standards 100% of the time





/n Skills and experience:/n

/n /n

- Current Registration as Registered Nurse

/n

- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing or Social Sciences

/n

- Aged Care Clinical Nurse/RNIC experience

/n

- Experience in working closely with multidisciplinary teams
