Moreton ATSICHS operates a growing network of healthcare clinics for local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Our model of care provides holistic health and wellbeing services to support our Community across their lifespan. We bring together primary care, allied health, dental, mental health and wellbeing, maternity and early childhood, disability services, specialist services, and aged care as one team focussed on clients’ individual needs and goals.

The Moreton Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Health Service (Moreton ATSICHS) is committed to providing holistic health care to improve the health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the Moreton Bay area.

MATSICHS provides access to a broad range of comprehensive primary health care services including – but not limited to - general practice, specialist and allied health services, oral health, social health, family wellbeing services, youth services, and preventative health services via Deadly Choices.

About the role

As Clinical Service General Manager, your role is to provide culturally informed strategic leadership to deliver and transform high-quality Clinical Services, supporting the implementation of the Strategic Plan while driving workforce engagement, service growth, and continuous improvement.

The scope of the position includes strategic business planning, leadership, workforce development, quality assurance and continuous quality improvement.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Demonstrate commitment to the Employee Obligations Guideline by embedding the Cultural Integrity Investment Framework across all areas of practice and service delivery.
- Provide leadership support in the execution of the Strategic Plan, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and driving organisational performance and outcomes.
- Lead the strategic transformation of Clinical Services across the MATSICHS region,



ensuring alignment with organisational goals and community needs.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to multidisciplinary teams delivering high-quality Clinical Services, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive workforce engagement, retention, and professional development while supporting service growth, innovation, and sustainable expansion in line with organisational priorities.

About you

- Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD)
- Current Criminal History Check
- Current Working with Children’s Check (Qld Blue Card).
- Current Disability Workers Screening Check (prior to commencement)
- A qualification in Health Management, Public Health, Business Administration (MBA) or Leadership.
