Operating from our newly commissioned manufacturing facility in Kewdale, we are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our expanding machine shop team on a dedicated afternoon shift.

Work Four Days. Enjoy Three Days Off.

We are introducing an afternoon shift to support increasing production demand, offering a consistent four-day working week.

- Monday to Thursday: 2:00 pm – 12:00 midnight

- Friday, Saturday and Sunday off – every week!

- $38–$45 per hour, depending on experience

- Applicable shift loading on top of your base rate

- Permanent full-time opportunity

The Role

Reporting to the Machine Shop Manager, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.

This is an operational role – CNC programming and initial machine set-up are managed by our existing team.

Your focus will be on efficient machine operation,



monitoring production and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating Mazak Integrex CNC machinery

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and job routers

- Monitoring machining cycles and production output

- Producing and inspecting components to required tolerances

- Identifying and reporting machining or quality issues

- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

About You

- Previous experience operating CNC machinery

- Mazak Integrex experience highly regarded

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

- Confidence using precision measuring equipment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Reliable, safety-focused and able to work with minimal supervision

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential for candidates with relevant CNC operating experience.
