We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator with multi-axis machining centre experience to join our team.

Experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol programming is highly regarded. This is a hands-on role with clear priorities: safety, quality, and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines (3-axis and above)

- Work-holding, fixturing, tooling selection and first-off inspection

- Work autonomously and use initiative

- Work in a team and support others where possible

- Share skills with other employees

About you

- Trade-qualified CNC programmer/operator

- Extensive experience programming,



setting and operating CNC milling machines (3-axis and above)

- Confident with work-holding, fixturing, tooling selection and first-off inspection

- Reliable, safety focused, able to work autonomously and use initiative

- Ability to work in a team and support others where possible

- Willingness to learn and develop, as well as share skills with other employees

- 4th/5th-axis or simultaneous multi-axis machining experience highly regarded

- Mazatrol and/or G-code programming highly regarded

- CAM experience (Siemens NX desirable)

- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, including GD&T;
