About the role

You'll work across commercial sales and leasing, with responsibilities including building relationships with property owners, buyers and tenants, identifying and securing new listing opportunities, conducting appraisals and property inspections, managing enquiries, negotiating deals and progressing transactions, and providing consistent communication and a positive client experience.

About you

- A proven track record in sales and leasing, ideally in commercial property
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- The initiative to generate business and follow opportunities through
- A professional,



approachable manner and a positive team attitude
- Confidence using technology and working in a paperless environment
- A current Queensland real estate licence or registration appropriate to the role, and a driver's licence
