We are seeking a skilled

Communications & Engagement Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving restaurant engagement, improving communications, and supporting strategic projects that enhance the restaurant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver impactful communications for restaurant partners.

- Audit and refine content across digital, SMS, and in-tool channels.

- Coordinate engagement events such as advisory forums.

- Support end-to-end project delivery in communications and experience workstreams.

- Partner with sales teams to troubleshoot challenges using data-driven insights.

- Leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree minimum.





- 2+ years of experience in customer communication, engagement, operations, or insights.

- Strong written communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets (SQL/QueryBuilder a plus).

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
