Kalkadoon PBC needs local casual staff to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members complete a short consultation questionnaire about community priorities. Surveys are done face-to-face or online using a tablet or paper form. Full paid training is provided — no survey experience needed.

You will

- Assist people to complete surveys using a tablet or paper form
- Use the approved consent process before starting
- Read questions exactly as written — remain neutral at all times
- Record responses accurately and confidentially
- Work respectfully with Elders, families, and community
- Handle all data securely — no names, no personal device storage

You will need

- Positive communication and listening skills
- Respectful, patient,



and trustworthy manner
- Confidence helping people with forms or surveys
- Understanding of consent and confidentiality
- Ability to follow a script and stay neutral
- Reliability and ability to work independently
- Basic data entry skills

Pay $38/hr + super. Penalty rates where applicable.

Shifts

Weekdays, weekends & some after-hours.

Training

Paid induction provided. No experience needed.

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
