Our client URGENTLY requires a Compliance and Land Management Officer for 6months+ Contract on the Gold Coast.

We are seeking a detail-oriented qualified to manage compliance activities and land corridor matters. This role involves coordinating complex site-based operations, interpreting legislation, and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships to ensure the effective management of State-controlled assets.

Skills and Experience required includes:

- Oversee unauthorised access and usage activities, including site visits, multi-agency coordination, and the preparation of compliance notices and human rights assessments.
- Manage road declaration processes and provide expert advice on complex land and corridor management issues.
- Develop and monitor sub-programs of work, ensuring all activities align with broader regional objectives.
- Prepare high-quality briefs, memos,



and reports while maintaining accurate registers to support business requirements.
- Build and sustain effective internal and external partnerships to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

Government experience would be highly advantageous. Top $'s Paid !
