About the role The Labourer/Concreter ensures the effective and effective construction of concrete base moulds.

Key responsibilities

- Casting concrete into base moulds for solar lighting

- Dismantle, wash, and prep the moulds for the concrete pours

- Supervise concrete pours into moulds ensuring a smooth finish

- Paint the base moulds when they are dry

- Assist with the assembly line when demand is high

- Deliveries to customers when required

- Forklift unload or loading of trucks and pallet rack stocking

- Adhoc duties as required in line with your skills and experience

About you

- Cert III Trade (preferable) or equivalent work experience

- 2 years' experience mixing and moulding concrete (concreting)

- Forklift driving experience

- Accuracy with minimal errors and aesthetics

- Good attention to detail

- Ability to relate and communicate well with a variety of people

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Be motivated, reliable, and honest with a proactive approach to work

- Highly organised with good attention to detail

- Ability to prioritise and multitask

- Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test

- National Police Clearance
