The firm is seeking a motivated and ambitious construction litigation lawyer with 3–7 years’ post-qualification experience to join its expanding Projects Disputes group. The team advises on complex disputes across a broad range of key sectors, including renewable energy, energy and resources, transport and road infrastructure, and social infrastructure. With an outstanding reputation for the quality of its work, the development of its lawyers and its market-leading leadership, the practice offers the chance to work alongside some of the brightest and best in the industry.
In this role, you will be involved in:
- Resolving disputes across all aspects of the building and construction industry.
- Prosecuting and defending formal proceedings in the Supreme and Federal Courts.
- Representing top-tier building and construction clients, as well as government regulatory agencies.
- Working on complex, high-value disputes across major infrastructure and energy projects.
- Collaborating with leading practitioners across jurisdictions and practice areas.
We are keen to speak with lawyers who have 3–7 years’ experience in construction litigation , or a strong foundation in dispute resolution and a desire to move into the construction sector.
