Amplar Health in Hobart, TAS is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our mobile allied health team delivering services across the community. You will assess homes, plan modifications and prescribe equipment to support independence for older Australians, with a robust emphasis on rehabilitation and reablement.

This permanent full-time role (1.0 FTE preferred; part-time considered) offers relocation assistance up to $5,000 and a regional allowance of $5,500 per year, plus ongoing
