About the opportunity

Are you always across the latest beauty, social and digital trends? Do you love turning ideas into engaging content that connects with consumers? We are looking for a curious, creative and organised Content Specialist to support our Marketing team and help bring the Natio brand to life across every consumer touchpoint.

This is a casual, flexible position paid at an hourly rate. Sitting within our in-house Marketing team, you will support the planning, briefing, creation and execution of static and video content across our B2C channels, including social media and ecommerce.



You will also create content that supports our retail partners and broader B2B marketing needs.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with brand, ecommerce, design and agency partners to take content from idea to delivery. You will keep the consumer at the centre, contribute fresh ideas and help ensure every piece of content feels relevant, engaging and unmistakably Natio.

Perfect for a recent graduate or someone beginning their career in content creation or marketing, this opportunity will give you broad exposure across channels while building your creative, production and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute engaging static and video content for social media, ecommerce, email and other consumer-facing channels
- Develop clear creative briefs for internal teams, freelancers, creators and agency partners
- Support content planning and campaign rollouts from concept through to final delivery
- Capture and edit simple, platform-ready photo and video content, including short-form social video




- Adapt content for retailer and B2B requirements while maintaining a consistent brand look and voice
- Stay across emerging beauty, cultural, platform and content trends, and bring relevant ideas to the team
- Use consumer insights and channel performance to help shape and improve content
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Provide hands-on, ad hoc marketing support as directed by the manager.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- An interest in marketing, communications, media, design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- A portfolio, social account or examples that show your eye for content, creativity and storytelling
- Strong creative instincts and an understanding of what makes content work across different channels
- Confidence using content creation and editing tools; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or mobile editing apps (Capcut) is an advantage
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn ideas into useful briefs
- A consumer-first mindset, genuine interest in beauty and eagerness to learn
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, positive and hands-on approach
