Complete Property Training (CPT) is a trusted Registered Training Organisation (RTO 31828) that has been training real estate professionals since 2009. Our programs are interactive, practical, and grounded in how the industry actually works. As we grow, we’re looking for experienced real estate professionals to join our team as Contract Trainers.

About the Role

- Deliver face-to-face and online training, including the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, licensing, CPD, and practical skills programs

- Run engaging, interactive sessions that give learners real-world skills and confidence

- Make sure training and assessment meet industry standards and RTO compliance requirements

- Work across South East Queensland (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba) and North Queensland

About You

- A current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential. If you don’t hold it yet, you must complete it before you can start delivering training with us.





- Real estate industry experience, ideally with a current or previous licence
- A confident, engaging presenter with strong communication skills

- Training, coaching, or facilitation experience

- Skilled, organised, and focused on helping learners succeed

- Available to travel regionally when needed
