Your site. Your program. Your race. Beach-side Luxury.

Most contract gigs hand you the middle of someone else's project. This one hands you the keys; you break ground in November, you build it, you hand over.

The project

- 10 two-storey luxury townhouses across six individual designs, stepping down the site just 400m from the Beach

- Around 215m² per residence, selling from $2.195m - a genuine showpiece, with finish expectations to match

- Premium detail everywhere: arched facades, stone bases, timber batten screening, skylights
- A private plunge pool to every townhouse and a landscaped, gated entry (yes, there's even a dog wash bay)

- A sloping site with staged slabs and retaining walls - real building, not cookie-cutter repetition

- Full architect-led tender documentation already issued. You're building, not chasing missing information

- Mobilising November

The deal

- Contract engagement, and we're versatile on how it's structured, shaped around the right person

- Complete ownership: program, subbies, quality, safety and the client's confidence,

start to finish

- Directors who are builders themselves. Decisions in minutes, not meetings. You're here to get it built, not sit in WIP meetings

- Run a tight beachside street: deliveries, neighbours and trade sequencing all go through you

What you'll bring

- Current QBCC Site Supervisor licence and ABN

- Site management with a head contractor on townhouse, multi-res or high-end residential projects

- Sloping sites, staged slabs and retaining walls in your history, not just in theory
- A finisher's eye. You read architectural intent off the drawings and hold the line on quality

- Communication that means subbies respect you and the neighbours say good morning!

This is the build you point at from the beach and say "that one's mine."

November start - interviews are happening this week. Apply now, or call Anita Ramsay on 0423 685 *** for a confidential chat.
