We’re on the lookout for an experienced, reliable and passionate Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team at St James Souvlaki in Patterson Lakes!
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their cooking, works well in a fast-paced kitchen and can consistently deliver quality food.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working as a cook or chef
- Experience with grill cooking and Mediterranean cuisine is highly regarded
- Ability to work efficiently during busy services
- Solid food preparation and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Reliable, hardworking and a great team player
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
