Kobe Steakland is a brand-new steakhouse opening in Fortitude Valley in early November 2026, and we’re looking for passionate, hardworking Cooks to join our kitchen team!

We’re bringing a premium dining experience to Brisbane, specialising in quality steaks, fresh seafood and an exciting menu in a classy, modern setting.

We’re looking for motivated team players who take pride in their work, have a passion for food and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous cooking or kitchen experience essential.
- Previous experience working the grill preferred.
- Passion for quality food and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Strong teamwork, communication and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.




- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
