About the role
We are looking for a skilled cook to assist our head chef in the day to day workings of a busy country pub kitchen and to be able to run the kitchen on her days off.
We are based in Dalgety, 30 minutes from Jindabyne on The Snowy River. This is a heritage pub that has been recently taken over and is quickly growing and looking for team members who love the country, love the snow and enjoy being based in a rural environment.
This role is ideal for someone looking to move to the Snowies permanently, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is passionate about providing quality food in a unique location.
We will have accomodation available for the right person in Berridale (12km from Dalgety).
About you
- Will need minimum 2 years experience in a quick paced kitchen.
- Must have rights to work in Australia (this is not part of the 88 day extension nor can we sponsor)
- Must have own vehicle.
