The Role

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Casual Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in the preparation and execution of the breakfast buffet, working closely with our experienced chefs to deliver high-quality dishes for our guests.

The Successful Cook Will

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes for our breakfast buffet under the guidance of the senior chefs.
- Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards, with attention to taste, presentation, and quality.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of dishes.
- Keep work areas clean and organised, and adhere to health and safety regulations.




- Assist with maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.

Talent Profile

Ideally You Will Have

- Previous experience as a Cook in a four or five star hotel or a similar fast-paced, kitchen environment
- Ability to work productively and safely at all times with a focus on quality control
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standards
