We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Cook.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or Chef.
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and secure food-handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals according to the café menu.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
- Monitor food stock and minimise food wastage.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen and café staff.
