We're looking for a passionate and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver quality food experiences that keep our guests coming back.

About the Role

As a Cook, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards. Working alongside a supportive culinary team, you'll contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for hotel guests and local diners alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook and present dishes in line with established recipes and standards

- Assist with service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and event operations as required

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency

- Support stock rotation, inventory management and waste minimisation practices

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements

- Keep kitchen workstations clean, organised and service-ready

- Work collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment

- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices





- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment

- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and evenings

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Desirable

- Relevant culinary qualification
- Hotel, restaurant or hospitality experience

- Experience working across multiple service periods
