Fielders Club is part of the Wynnum Manly Leagues Group and has recently undergone a multi-million-dollar transformation.

Our modern venue features a restaurant, café, sports bar, gaming room and contemporary bar, along with a brand-new, purpose-built commercial kitchen equipped with quality facilities.

We're proud of the food we serve, with most of our meals prepared fresh in-house, and we're looking for an experienced Casual Cook to join our team.

About the role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Cook who takes genuine pride in preparing fresh, quality food and enjoys being part of a friendly, hardworking kitchen team.

This is a casual position, with shifts available across a rotating roster that includes days, evenings and weekends.

Working alongside our Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team, you'll play an important role in preparing and delivering quality meals for our members and guests.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking fresh, quality meals across our dining outlets.

- Maintaining consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.

- Assisting with food preparation and service in a busy commercial kitchen.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

- Following food safety and hygiene standards.

- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a great dining experience.

What we're looking for





- Previous experience as a Cook in a busy commercial kitchen.

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent relevant experience.

- A genuine passion for fresh food and pride in the meals you prepare.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- A positive, approachable personality, a good sense of humour and a team-focused attitude.

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
