Costar Bookkeeper – Retail Tyre Store

Location: Osborne Park, Perth WA 6017 (in-store)

Hours: 15–20 hours per week (school hours friendly)

Salary: $50 – $60 per hour + super, negotiable based on experience

We are a well-established tyre retail store in Osborne Park seeking a degree-qualified Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team on an ongoing part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to work during school hours (approximately 9:00am – 3:00pm), with flexibility across 3-4 weekdays.

About the Role

This is an in-store position / WFH hybrid role combining bookkeeping, basic accounting, and general administrative duties. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day financial and office operations of the business. You must know Costar.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily bookkeeping and data entry

- Accounts payable and receivable

- Bank and account reconciliations

- Monthly Profit and Loss reporting

- Payroll processing and Payroll Tax lodgements

- Superannuation Guarantee payment submissions

- Maintaining fixed asset and depreciation registers

- BAS preparation and reporting support





- General office administration and support

- Liaising with management and external accountants as required

About You

- MUST be experienced in Costar (Tyre Industry software. Costar.com.au)

- Strong working knowledge of any other automotive software (eg. Marlin)

- Strong bookkeeping knowledge (or background / degree in accounting)

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- High attention to detail and solid organisational skills

- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

- Able to work on-site in a retail environment (at least one day / week)
