Costar Bookkeeper to Retail Tyre Store

Location: Osborne Park, Perth WA 6017 (in-store)

Hours: 15–20 hours per week (school hours friendly)

Salary: 50 to 60 per hour super, negotiable based on experience

We are a well-established tyre retail store in Osborne Park seeking a degree-qualified Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team on an ongoing part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to work during school hours (approximately 9:00am to 3:00pm), with flexibility across 3-4 weekdays.

About the Role

This is an in-store position / WFH hybrid role combining bookkeeping, basic accounting, and general administrative duties. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day financial and office operations of the business. You must know Costar.

Key Responsibilities

Daily bookkeeping and data entry

Accounts payable and receivable

Bank and account reconciliations

Monthly Profit and Loss reporting

Payroll processing and Payroll Tax lodgements

Superannuation Guarantee payment submissions





Maintaining fixed asset and depreciation registers

BAS preparation and reporting support

General office administration and support

Liaising with management and external accountants as required

About You

MUST be experienced in Costar (Tyre Industry software. Costar.com.au)

Strong working knowledge of any other automotive software (eg. Marlin)

Strong bookkeeping knowledge (or background / degree in accounting)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Able to work on-site in a retail environment (at least one day / week)
