We’re looking for a Creative Director to set the creative bar for the studio and lead our creative team to make work the market hasn’t seen before.

What you’ll do

- Lead the creative vision across the studio in partnership with our ECD, turning strategy into bold, distinctive and commercially effective ideas
- Direct concepts from first spark to final sign-off, giving clear direction and constructive critique that makes the work sharper
- Stay hands-on where it counts. You’ll roll up your sleeves to crack a tough problem or show what great looks like (around 20% design, 80% leadership)
- Own the room in pitches and client presentations, selling ideas with conviction and getting them across the line
- Mentor and grow a talented design team, building a culture of collaboration, experimentation and high standards




- Partner with Account Management to keep work on-brief, on-budget and profitable

Who you are

- An experienced Creative Director or senior Design Director from a brand or design agency, with a portfolio to match.
- A solid creative leader with a design craft background. You can direct it and you can do it.
- A killer presenter who loves pitching, builds trust with clients, and isn’t afraid to push their thinking.
- A true team player who lifts and inspires the people around you.
- Not afraid of hard work. You bring energy, drive and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, especially when the pressure’s on.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how great creative and a healthy studio go hand in hand.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

The details

- 12-month contract.
- Full-time or part-time, with flexible hours.
- Hybrid work (from home and in the studio in Darlinghurst, Sydney).
- You’ll need to be Sydney-based, as this isn’t a remote role.
