About OneMRIOneMRI is a preventative health company. We offer full-body MRI scans through a network of partner radiology clinics across Australia.

We're a small, Brisbane-based business growing fast. The Growth team runs marketing, product and recent revenue lines. We buy media through an agency, produce creative through a studio and build our own tooling, from the booking flow to lead engagement to the creative pipeline, so a handful of people can move quickly.

What you'll doRun the day-to-day creative and performance engine so paid acquisition keeps moving at pace. Manage agency relationships, keep the creative pipeline moving, coordinate creators and influencers, and run the first-line compliance pass before everything goes live.

You work alongside the Growth Marketing Manager, who focuses on lifecycle marketing and search, and you report to the Head of Growth, who sets channel strategy and budget and gives final sign-off on anything that goes live.

What you run

- Media agency: weekly cadence, performance read-outs, briefs and change requests, account hygiene
- Creative studio: monthly sprint inputs, concept review preparation, script and cut reviews, feedback loops, shoot logistics including clinic coordination
- Creators and influencers: sourcing, contracting, briefing, usage rights, whitelisting and payments
- Compliance: first-line review of all ad copy, scripts and captions against our messaging guardrails before sign-off
- Organic social: keep the content calendar moving, coordinate with our in-house content tools, and front content yourself where it helps
- Reporting: weekly performance

What success looks like
- By day 90: agency and studio meetings run without the Head of Growth in the room
- By day 90: no shoot,



concept review or creator deliverable has slipped for lack of coordination
- By month 6: the performance engine runs week to week with the Head of Growth involved only in strategy and sign-off
- Creative throughput holds or improves against our contracted volumes

You'll be a fit if
- You've managed a creative or media agency from the client side and know what a bad month looks like before the numbers tell you
- You can read a script and spot a claim that won't survive a health advertising review
- You live on TikTok and Instagram. You know what's working this week, not what worked last year, and you can tell a good hook from a bad one in the first second
- You build systems. When something happens twice, you turn it into a process, a template or an automation, and you already use AI tools to do more with less
- You're organised enough to run five standing vendor relationships without a system someone else built for you
- You're comfortable with small-team ambiguity and don't need a brief for everything
- You like getting things shipped more than you like talking about getting things shipped
- Being comfortable on camera is a strong plus
