Genome Computer is building a new way for people to understand themselves.

We're preparing for a major consumer product launch in November and looking for an ambitious, resourceful person to help introduce it to the world through creator partnerships.

Your job is to find the right creators, start conversations, get them excited and turn those conversations into partnerships that reach new audiences and bring in customers.

This is a hands-on role for someone who spends time online, understands what makes creators influential and enjoys making things happen. You'll be joining at an exciting moment, with the opportunity to help shape our launch and build our creator partnerships program from the ground up.

You don't need years of experience. You do need initiative, good judgment and the persistence to follow through.

What you'll do

- Find great creators. Identify creators across health, fitness, longevity, science, technology and other relevant communities. Look beyond follower counts to audience fit, credibility and engagement.
- Start conversations. Write personalised emails and DMs that get replies. Test different approaches and follow up consistently.
- Build partnerships. Understand what motivates each creator, pitch relevant collaborations and negotiate arrangements that work for both sides.
- Get creators onboarded. Guide them through getting started with Genome Computer, answer questions and coordinate product access, briefs, referral links and next steps.
- Turn partnerships into published content. Keep things moving from first conversation to launch. Help creators tell compelling, accurate stories about Genome Computer that resonate with their audiences.
- Track what works. Maintain an organised pipeline and measure replies, onboarded creators, published content and resulting customers.
- Keep improving. Bring ideas for new creator communities, better pitches and partnerships worth pursuing.

Who you are

- You're proactive. You spot an opportunity and take the first step.
- You write explicit, natural messages that sound like a person.

- You understand creator culture and can tell the difference between a large audience and an engaged one.
- You're comfortable reaching out to strangers and hearing "no."
- You're organised enough to manage lots of conversations without dropping the ball.
- You care about outcomes and learn quickly when something isn't working.
- You're curious about genetics, health and technology, and willing to learn the product properly.

Experience in creator partnerships, sales, community building or running your own social account is useful. Evidence that you've started something, grown something or persuaded people to get involved matters more than a particular degree or job title.

Early-career applicants are welcome.

What success looks like

You build a strong pipeline of relevant creators, turn outreach into active partnerships and help those creators publish content that brings people to Genome Computer.

You'll play an important role in our November launch, helping us reach new audiences, generate interest and turn that interest into customers.

Over time, you'll learn which audiences and partnerships produce results and use that knowledge to grow the program.

Why join

We're about to launch a new consumer product, and you'll play a direct role in bringing it to market.

You'll work closely with the founders, help shape our creator strategy and build relationships with people who can introduce Genome Computer to new audiences around the world.

We're a small team moving quickly. You'll have real ownership, room to experiment and the opportunity to grow as the company grows.

How to apply

Send us a short introduction, any relevant examples of your work, and answers to these three questions:

1. Which three creators do you think would be a strong fit for Genome Computer, and why?
2. What first message would you send to one of them?
3. What's something you've made happen without being asked? It could be a project, opportunity, community, sale or anything else you're proud of.

We're interested in how you think, how you communicate and what you've made happen. Not perfection. Reach out to us at [email protected].
