We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a financial services company in Sydney./n

/nYou'll be driving technology that directly supports Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, Compliance and Operations teams, helping to improve the way advice is delivered, managed and recorded throughout the advice lifecycle./n

/n You’ll work closely with Business Analysts, technical leaders, testers and an external System Integration Partner, contributing to both recent development and continuous improvement of the CRM environment./n

/n

/n What you'll be doing; /n /n

- Develop, configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

/n

- Participate in the full development lifecycle, from technical design through to deployment.

/n

- Build and maintain custom tables/entities, forms, views and dashboards.

/n

- Develop business rules, workflows and Power Automate flows.

/n

- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 plug-ins and workflow activities.

/n

- Develop JavaScript form logic and custom CRM functionality.

/n

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party systems.

/n

- Work with Workato iPaaS to support system integrations and automation.

/n

- Contribute to technical design standards and development best practice.

/n

- Support deployments across environments in line with established ALM practices.

/n





- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.

/n

- Help improve CRM usability, data quality and productivity for Financial Advisers.

/n What we're looking for You’ll be a hands-on Dynamics 365 developer with a strong development background and experience working across complex CRM environments./n

/n

/n You'll bring:/n

/n /n

- 5+ years of recent hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience.

/n

- Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Online.

/n

- Demonstrated experience developing D365 plug-ins and workflow activities.

/n

- Strong JavaScript experience, particularly form scripting.

/n

- Experience with C#/.NET for plug-ins and custom CRM logic.

/n

- Experience developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API or ASP.NET Core.

/n

- Experience with Power Apps and ideally Azure Functions.

/n

- Experience with source control platforms such as GitHub Enterprise.

/n

- Experience working with Jira within an iterative development environment.

/n

- Understanding of Dynamics 365 environment management and deployment.

/n

- Experience developing or supporting API integrations and automation solutions.

/n

- Workato experience would be highly advantageous.
