Fast turnaround is what we're known for, and when something goes wrong, our customers expect it fixed fast. Rollsec is looking for a friendly, organised Customer Liaison Officer to be the first point of contact for customer issues, work out what went wrong, sort it out and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, full time, in office

Pay: $70k - $80k + superannuation, based on experience

About the role

Whether it's a missing box of screws, a late delivery, a wrong product or an invoice query, you'll own the issue from first call to final fix. You'll sit in the office alongside dispatch & the sales team, so problems get solved on the spot, with a real sense of urgency and several issues moving at once.

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for customer issues by phone, email and at the counter

- Investigate what went wrong with orders, deliveries, products or invoices
- Work with production, dispatch and sales to agree a practical fix, such as a remake, redelivery or credit
- Keep customers updated on timeframes and follow through until the issue is closed
- Help customers find the right product or an alternative when their first choice won't work
- Record every issue and outcome accurately in our system




- Spot recurring problems and tell us how to stop them happening again
- Support the sales desk with order enquiries and updates during busy periods

What you'll bring

• Customer service experience where you handled complaints or problem orders, not just enquiries
- A happy, friendly, approachable manner, and a calm, straight-talking style with tradies, builders and homeowners alike
- The persistence to chase an answer internally and the judgement to know a fair outcome
- The drive to take ownership and the organisation to juggle multiple issues at once
- Strong attention to detail with measurements, order numbers and paperwork
- Confidence with computers and learning a new order system
- Transparent written English for emails and case notes

Nice to have

• Experience in sheet metal, manufacturing, building supplies or construction
