About the role

We're looking for a proactive Customer Service & Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and identifying opportunities. This is a diverse, office-based role where you'll manage an established customer portfolio, handle inbound enquiries and work closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service. We want someone who takes initiative, enjoys picking up the phone and is motivated to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

- Managing and growing an established portfolio of commercial fuel card customers.

- Handling inbound enquiries, providing pricing, product information and customer support.

- Building strong customer relationships to encourage retention and increased fuel usage.

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound calls, prospecting and lead follow-ups.

- Promoting Park's products and services, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Preparing quotes, coordinating customer applications and onboarding new accounts.

- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve enquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity through our CRM system.

- A proactive, commercially minded attitude with a willingness to pursue new opportunities.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- A solutions-focused approach with a willingness to take ownership.

- Good computer skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in customer service, account management, internal sales or business development will be highly regarded.

- Experience in the fuel, transport or logistics industries is an advantage, but not essential.
