Key Responsibilities

- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and configuration of UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within assigned product lines, including DR, CT, MR, PET, etc.
- Work closely with the Customer Care Center (regional and headquarters teams) to conduct troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and system upgrades under guidance.
- Participate in internal and external service training programs and progress toward completion of UIH Professional Certification to enhance technical capability and service quality.
- Provide timely technical support to customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Escalate technical or service-related issues appropriately when contractual commitments or customer satisfaction are at risk.
- Deliver on-site technical guidance and basic operation training to customers as required.
- Complete service reports, installation documentation, and other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

- Associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering,



Medical Imaging, Automation, IT, or related technical disciplines.
- Solid understanding of the principles and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment, such as DR, CT, MR, PET, etc.
- Hands-on capability to diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot system faults in a field service environment.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, travel frequently, and respond to service calls outside regular working hours when required.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals, Microsoft Office tools, and basic networking infrastructure.
