Key responsibilities

- Work on a 24/7 rotating roster

- Continuously prioritize tasks and troubleshoot issues with speed and precision

- Build rapport and communicate effectively with clients, nurses, and carers

- Maintain a proactive approach to meeting KPIs and supporting agency needs

- Excellent computer and phone skills

- Exceptional Multi Tasking skills

- Take initiative and tackle challenges head-on

- Proven successful sales experience
