Customer Service Officer
- Temporary Role - 6 Month contract
- Immediate start - $37.50 per hour + Super
- Seven Hills Location
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a medical company located in Seven Hills. This role is available for an immediate start, and you must be able to commit to the length of the assignment.
The Role
- Processing customer orders
- Responding to phone and email enquiries - Stock Availability, ETA's, Pricing
- Processing Sales Order returns and Issuing Credit Notes
- Database maintenance and data entry
About You
- Experience within Customer Service and Order Processing
- Experience with Excel
- Have intermediate MS Office
- Have explicit and concise communication skills
- Be available to commit to the length of the assignment
