Our Commercial team doesn’t hire often—our staff stay long-term. This position is open due to structured succession planning as a valued team member prepares for their next phase. You’ll step directly into a proven, stable seat with clarity and step-by-step guidance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Based in our Albion office, you’ll sit at the heart of our customer operations:

- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls and emails from clients, helping solve their hardware needs.
- Quoting: Interpret client job specifications to draft and distribute accurate, timely quotes.
- Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to source required products promptly.
- Administration: Maintain clean order files, keep spreadsheets updated, and ensure smooth data entry.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know every technical detail about door hardware from day one—we provide full, hands-on product training.



We’re simply looking for an organised problem-solver with an obsession with detail.

- 1–2+ years in customer service, internal support, sales admin, or a related role.
- High accuracy when checking technical orders and numbers.
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal).
- Confidence with MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- (Bonus) Experience in building supplies or door hardware is welcomed, but not required!
