Description

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts, including invoicing and payments.
- Provide updates on order status and product availability to customers.
- Identify and escalate any recurring issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
- Support administrative tasks as required to assist the broader team.

Profile A successful Customer Service Officer should have:





- Minimum 2-3 year's experience in a Customer Service, Order Management, or Customer Operations role
- Proven experience managing orders end-to-end.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain experience will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer needs.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
