/n We’re partnering with a well-established Australian business within the food manufacturing sector to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative./n

/n

/n This role sits within a busy, high-performing customer service team and is focused on delivering a consistently positive customer experience across a diverse customer base. You’ll manage customer orders, resolve issues, and work closely with internal teams to ensure service expectations and business outcomes are met./n

/n

Key Responsibilities: /n

/n

/n • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email/n

/n• Accurate order entry and management of call lists, cases, and incoming calls/n

/n• Process pricing and credit requests in line with service KPIs/n

/n• Log, action, follow up, and close customer complaints and OFIs within required timeframes/n

/n• Complete new account setups across internal systems/n

/n• Proactively communicate customer requirements and constraints to internal teams/n

/n• Escalate issues appropriately to ensure customer expectations are managed/n

/n• Partner closely with warehousing, planning, sales, credit, and quality teams/n





/n• Participate in call coaching to continuously improve customer experience/n

/n• Model safe working practices and complete required training modules/n

/n

About you:/n

/n

/n • Previous experience in a customer service, order processing, or similar role/n

/n• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment/n

/n• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling customer issues/n

/n• Clear and qualified communication skills/n

/n• Proactive, organised, and able to take initiative/n

/n• Team-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset/n

/n• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP and/or Salesforce highly regarded)/n

/n
