SMAART Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit multiple permanent Customer Service Representatives for its Perth contact centre./n

/n This is an opportunity to join a large, supportive customer service team where you’ll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and the chance to build a long-term corporate career./n

/n The opportunity

/n

/nYou’ll support business customers across phone, live chat and email, helping with everything from order tracking and delivery updates to product questions, incorrect orders and account enquiries./n

/n

/n The role is primarily inbound, with some follow-up calls to keep customers updated. You’ll take ownership of each enquiry, investigate what has happened and work with teams across sales, operations and logistics to find the right solution./n

/n

What we’re looking for/n /n

- Customer service experience from a contact centre, retail, hospitality, sales or another customer-facing environment

/n

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

/n

- A calm, practical approach to problem-solving

/n

- Confidence learning new systems and managing multiple tasks

/n

- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, team-focused attitude

/n





- Salesforce, SAP or Genesys experience is helpful but not essential

/n You don’t need previous contact centre experience. If you’re confident speaking with customers, comfortable using technology and genuinely enjoy helping people, full training will be provided./n

- $67,000 + superannuation

- Permanent, full-time position

- No weekends or late-night shifts

- Approximately 2–4 weeks of structured training
