We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to bring positive energy, strong attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset to our North Lakes team.

What you’ll be doing

- Helping our customers: You’ll build genuine relationships, provide product support, and offer advice that helps them get the job done.

- Keeping things on track: You’ll quote and process sales orders accurately and efficiently – making sure stock, pricing, and deliveries all align.

- Working together: From the warehouse to the counter, you’ll collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment.

- Driving great outcomes: You’ll take initiative to meet branch targets and support your team to deliver the best service possible.

What you’ll bring

- A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills





- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (retail, wholesale, trades welcome)

- Solid computer skills – you’re confident navigating systems and emails

- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)

- Willingness to complete a Pre-employment Medical and National Police Check

Experience in the HVAC/R or trade supply industry is a bonus – but not a deal breaker. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
