Wellways Australia Limited is seeking a Service & Practice Lead – Housing to shape the delivery of housing and homelessness services across Melbourne and regional Victoria. You will lead Doorway, Assertive Outreach and Mental Health and Homelessness teams, supporting staff to secure secure housing and improve wellbeing.
You’ll collaborate with health services, housing providers and funders, build partnerships, and drive Housing First practice and staff capability through leadership and training.
