We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Auburn branch. - 8:00am – 4:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- $36.50 per hour penalties super

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and remotely. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service at all times. What you will be doing

- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Managing customer emails and providing accurate information and timely follow-ups
- Serving customers face-to-face at the branch, processing orders and handling general enquiries
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer service
- Occasionally picking up small items from the warehouse for customers or internal use
- Working closely with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What you need

- Proven customer service experience is essential
- Experience in HVAC or a similar industry is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal




- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Comfortable using computers and basic office systems

Pre-Employment Requirement

- Successful candidates will be required to complete a PI (Personal Behaviour) Test online prior to commencing
