Role Description The Customer Service and Sales Support role is a full time position based at our office and warehouse in Bassendean, WA. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You’ll answer phone and email enquiries, process orders, and give clear, accurate updates on products, stock availability and delivery times.

Day to day, you’ll also:

- Prepare simple customer quotes and follow them up
- Manage equipment repairs, warranty claims and damaged goods with customers and suppliers
- Place stock orders with suppliers and follow up any backorders or delays in stock arriving
- Keep pricing up to date in our accounting system and on our website
- Support the sales team with customer records, leads and follow ups

We’re a small, close knit team,



so we all help each other out. You’ll be cross trained to support the warehouse, purchasing and sales as needed. We like to shape each role around the person in it, and there’s real opportunity to grow into areas such as sales or marketing over time.

What we’re looking for

- Great customer service skills: a good listener, a clear communicator and a natural problem solver
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle several requests at once
- Confidence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and a willingness to learn new systems
- A team player who builds positive relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers
- A reliable, skilled work ethic
- Experience in customer service, sales support or order processing is valued
- Experience in healthcare or medical supplies is a bonus, but not essential. We’ll train the right person.

What we offer

- $69,000 to $83,000 per annum plus super, depending on experience
- Family friendly hours considered, and we’re open to a part time job share for the right two people
