We're looking for a Customs Supervisor ?Whale Logistics is looking for an experienced Licensed Customs Broker ready to take on greater responsibility within our Customs team.

This isn't a role where you'll step away from day-to-day Customs Brokerage.

We're looking for someone who wants to remain hands-on, while also helping coordinate the team, support other brokers, manage priorities and maintain strong standards across the Customs function.

You'll be involved in

- Hands-on Customs Brokerage and complex clearances
- Providing technical guidance to the Customs team
- Coordinating priorities and workloads
- Supporting and mentoring team members
- Maintaining solid compliance and data integrity
- Helping resolve Customs issues and escalations
- Working closely with customers, Operations and Key Account Management
- Improving procedures, workflows and controls




- Identifying opportunities for better systems and automation

We're looking for someone with a current Australian Customs Broker Licence, is fully accredited with DAFF, solid experience in Customs Brokerage and international freight forwarding, and the confidence to support and guide others.

Just as importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, communicates well and isn't afraid to ask:

"How can we do this better?"
