About the Role

We are seeking a fast paced, multitasking "Go Getter" with great work ethic and drive to join our growing wholesale company specialising in bathroom ware.

Key Responsibilities

- Proficiency in data entry and office software (Microsoft Office)

- Processing order and customer enquiries via phone or online

- Data entry with purchase order and invoices

- Receipt invoices,



spreadsheets

- Organising and booking freight for order Australia wide

- Ongoing Customer Service

- Purchasing stock

- Respond to internal queries

To be successful in this role, you MUST fit he following criteria:
- High level of time management and organisational skills and have an ability to work deadlines

- Posses a polished, mature disposition with good customer service skills

- Must be well presented

- You must be fast-paced person who excels in a busy demanding, work setting

- Have a strong work ethic and be committed member of our team
- The ability to multitask quickly and efficiently

- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role

- Fast and accurate keyboarding/typing skills

- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving abilities

The role is part time, Monday to Friday suits school hours, around 25hours per week. Based in Narangba in North Brisbane.
