About the OpportunityWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Optimization Analyst to support data quality, accuracy and optimisation across online systems and operational processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying inconsistencies and helping improve the way information is organised and maintained.

What You’ll Work On• Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness

- Identify inconsistencies and areas for data improvement
- Update, organise and maintain information within internal systems
- Support data optimisation and quality-control processes
- Monitor data-related workflows and flag potential issues
- Assist with basic reporting and operational analysis
- Follow established procedures to maintain data quality standards

What We’re Looking For• Strong attention to detail and accuracy




- Good organisational and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with data and online systems
- Ability to follow structured processes independently
- Basic Excel or spreadsheet knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Position DetailsPay: AUD $35–$48 per hour

Location: 100% Remote / Work from Home

Schedule: Flexible working hours

Opportunities: Part-Time & Full-Time
