About the role

Positive Care Supports is seeking an organised, motivated and people-focused Day Program Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating meaningful activities, supporting participant goals and helping a team deliver quality, person-centred support.

You'll play an key role in coordinating our Day Program, balancing administration and staff coordination with hands-on participant support.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating participant intake, onboarding and maintaining accurate records and compliance

- Planning and organising a monthly calendar of engaging activities

- Providing hands-on, person-centred support to promote participant goals and independence

- Coordinating staff rosters and assisting with recruitment and inductions

- Liaising with families, support coordinators and other stakeholders, including correspondence and meetings

- Contributing to social media content showcasing program activities

- Participating in the after-hours and on-call roster as required

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and passionate about supporting people. You will:

- Have strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills, with a willingness to learn new systems

- Communicate clearly and professionally





- Have experience providing person-centred support to participants

- Work collaboratively with participants, families and staff

- Be confident coordinating staff rosters and supporting a team

- Be proactive and committed to promoting choice, independence and inclusion

Experience within the NDIS or disability sector, particularly in day programs or team coordination, will be highly regarded.

About the role structure

This part-time position offers 30 hours per week, across:

- Two administration and coordination days, focused on planning, rostering, documentation, communication and operational tasks

- Three hands-on Day Program days, supporting participants and delivering engaging activities
